Meet the Founders

Luba Chudnovets (Linkedin) and Irina Bednova (Linkedin, Twitter) met in the early stages of building Monzo bank.

With Luba as Head of Scaling Operations and Irina as Technical Lead, they worked on the problem of scaling customer support when Monzo was going through exponential growth. Under their leadership, Monzo built its award-winning customer service.
