Cordless 2022 year in review
We look back on 2022 and reflect on our journey
2022 has been an eventful year for everyone, and we at Cordless are no exception. As we near the end of it, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the progress we've made over the past 12 months. It’s been an exciting, if sometimes difficult journey, but we are very proud of what we’ve achieved so far.
One of the biggest highlights of the year was raising a £2m Seed round this summer. This allowed us to invest in the team and the product, and it has already made a big difference in our ability to deliver a next-generation calls platform for customer support teams.
We also made significant progress in building out our team this year. We doubled the team from 6 to 12 amazing people. This allowed us to ramp up development and launch the new version of the product - the next-generation voice platform for the next-generation customer support teams. It's been great to see the team come together and work towards a common goal, and we're excited to see what we can accomplish together in the coming year.
Speaking of our customers, we're thrilled to have onboarded a bunch of new customers this year and migrated our existing customers into the new product. This has been a major accomplishment for us, and we're grateful to these customer-support teams for entrusting us with their VoIP needs. We're committed to continuing to provide them with the best possible service, and we're excited to see where the next year takes us.
As we look ahead to the next year, we're feeling energized and optimistic. We're excited to continue growing and improving, and we're grateful to our team, our customers, and our investors for their continued support. Here's to an even better year ahead!
