Cordless 2023 Year in Review

What a year it's been!

2023 was a busy year for Cordless – not only for our team but for the customers who manage their telephony with us. We're proud of what we've achieved together and wanted to share bits of it with you.

Your Core KPIs

We added even more valuable reports to Cordless Insights, making tracking call center and agent performance easier than ever.

Keyword Tracker

You can now configure Keyword Tracker to automatically assign tags to calls based on your chosen keywords and phrases, covering 100% of your conversations! Ease the burden of manual call tagging and free up your team for more impactful tasks.

Ensure Data Privacy

Our handy automated PII redaction feature automatically identifies and redacts sensitive customer information from call transcripts and recordings.

Understand Why You Miss Calls

You can now differentiate between calls missed due to no available agents or closure and calls that were immediately abandoned or left in IVR.

Missed and Abandoned Calls

Warm Transfers

Warm transfers are now available across both Cordless Web and Desktop apps. Choose the 'Talk First' option to place your customer on hold and connect with the receiving teammate/contact to pass on relevant information before completing the transfer.

Ask AI

Ask AI analyzes your call transcripts and displays aggregate results in Cordless Insights. It focuses on various qualitative aspects of your calls like first call resolution, churn risk, complaints, agent behaviour, and more. The beauty of Ask AI is its customisability – we tailor it to suit each customer’s specific needs.

Mobile App

You can now take Cordless on the go with our new mobile iOS app. The Android app is coming to Google Play soon - watch this space!

Routing Statistics

Discover which IVR options callers select most and least often. With this release, navigating IVR trees became a lot easier, no matter how complex.

We met up in person for the first time! Our summer meetup in Istanbul brought the Cordless team together for knowledge-sharing, team building, and a whole lot of fun. We can't wait for the next one!
